Shipping policy

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information (check your spam folder)

Orders may ship separately; example stuffed animals ship separate from clothing.

Please note buyer is responsible for any tariffs, custom fees, VAT fees etc for their country 

 

Note Crease Otter is headquartered in North Central WI and as such does on occasion experience severe weather. Carrier and weather related delays are outside of our control (unfortunately).
